What to do if you have little time : The Ribeira, Sao Bento Station and a few church
Even if we are not fans of cities, we have to admit that we liked Porto. In fact, it's what we preferred in Portugal ! Despite the several churches visited, they are all different. We have appreciated the guided tour of the Palacio da Bolsa which some rooms are amazing. Do not miss the Ribeira and its colorful houses, very nice to see in the evening. Don't limit the visit of the Torre of Clerigos to its interior. It's worth to go to the top of the tower to have a view of the city of Porto. We have been disapointed by the Garden Palacio de Cristal.
We recommand to visit Porto on foot because the main attractions are quite close to the city center. We have visited the below sites in a day and a half, for about 13 miles.
Eventhough we only stayed one day and a half, we think that 3 days are better to visit Porto.
