What to do if you have little time : Central Garden Trail

The interest of this site is quite limited. It can represent a stopover between Denver and Great Sand Dunes for example, but do not make a detour for this. However, for people with reduced mobility, this is a very well laid out place, especially Central Garden Trail. Additionally, access to Garden of the Gods is free.

This trail of 1,2 miles is very well equipped : it's paved, with steps. Accessible to everyone with no difficulty. It gives a good overview of the park.

Access : from Colorado Springs, drive west on US 24 towards Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. It's a 15 minutes drive.
